Eligibility Requirement for NBI Clearance Renewal
The NBI Clearance Quick Renewal is available only to applicants who have an NBI Clearance issued between 2014 and the present.
Limitation of the NBI Clearance Quick Renewal
The main limitation of the NBI Clearance Quick Renewal is that it’s not accessible to everyone. New applicants for NBI Clearance are unable to use this service so have to visit NBI Branch, as it is only available for renewals.

If your ID number is missing, unfortunately, you won’t be able to use this service. How to Start the NBI Clearance Renewal Process
Step 1: Visit the Official NBI Clearance Website

After entering your NBI ID Number, click the “VERIFY” button to proceed with the renewal process.
Note: Troubleshooting NBI ID Number Issues
If you see an error message saying, “The system cannot get the given NBI ID Number” after entering your NBI ID Number, it means you won’t be able to use the NBI Clearance Quick Renewal service.
Reason Behind “NBI ID Number Not Found”
In some cases, NBI Clearances might be missing from the NBI database for unknown reasons. If you’re one of the few who encounter this issue, you won’t be able to continue with the Quick Renewal process.
Recommendation: If this happens, it’s best to apply for a new NBI Clearance instead of attempting to renew it.
Solution for “NBI ID Number Not Found”

The next window will display your personal information, including your first name and last name. It will also show the photo that was taken during your previous NBI Clearance application. This is the same photo that will appear on your newly printed NBI Clearance.

- Purpose Detail: Additional details about your purpose.
- Province: The province where you reside.
- City or Municipality: Your city or municipality.
- Barangay: Your barangay or neighborhood.
- Street, Unit, Building/Village: Your specific address, including street name, unit number, and building or village name.
- Zip Code: The postal code for your area.
Make sure to fill in all these fields to continue with the renewal process.
Step 6: Review the Payment Amount
Don’t worry about the amount shown at first—it’s not the final amount you’ll need to pay. Once you’ve completed filling out the form, the amount will update.
The price may vary depending on your location, as it includes the delivery fee for your NBI Clearance.
Important: NBI Clearance Fee
Please note the NBI Clearance fee you’ll be paying. If your address is within Metro Manila, the fee is P355. However, this amount may vary if your address is outside of Metro Manila.

The amount you’re currently seeing (P330) is not the final fee, so you can ignore it for now.
If you’re planning to pay through Bayad Center, Multipay, or ECPay, be aware that there may be additional charges.
